The “Marry Me” Package

This partial planning package includes the following:

• Up to three personalized consultations before the BIG day to discuss your wedding details + logistics (approx. one-hour meetings)
• Unlimited consultation via email, text, and phone to discuss wedding plans
• Provide complete list of preferred venues + vendors according to your wedding vision, style and budget
• Coordinate + schedule the Client’s preferred venue tours + vendor meetings
• Assist in negotiations on rates and services to the best of our ability for venue + vendors
• Attend up to two vendor meetings of the Client’s choice (Example: florist + tasting or rentals + florist)
• Tour selected + booked wedding ceremony and reception sites
• Coordinate room layout with you and wedding site staff
• Create a wedding day timeline and distribute to all vendors and wedding party 10-14 days before the wedding
• Contact all of your vendors before your wedding to confirm delivery dates, times and location
• One-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination: review ceremony order with Client prior to rehearsal and orchestrate ceremony with/without officiant
• Wedding day coverage for up to 12 hours (includes assistant for up to 6 hours)
• Assist in wording for invitations + programs
• Assist with seating chart as needed
• Greet and supervise vendors day of wedding and overseeing setup
• Assist in placement of wedding items/décor not provided by vendors (escort cards, menus, table numbers, etc.)
• Transfer ceremony wedding décor to reception site (smaller items only)
• Assist photographers for “first look” and photo schedule before and after ceremony
• Arrange wedding party entrances for ceremony and reception
• Collect all wedding accessories post-wedding as requested by the client (gifts + cards, bouquet, pictures, top tier cake, marriage license, etc.)
• Distribute final payments + gratuities to all vendors day of wedding
• Maintain the timing and flow of your wedding
